Dance Yoga fusion
Yoga has become a cornerstone of movement technique equal to codified modern or even ballet. This classes use Tai-chi paced flow with interesting sequencing to unlock the creative potential of yoga. Featuring deep-stretches and challenging balance this classes is ideal for experienced practitioner and dancers. 



Yoga for performers/ Athletes
Using specific aspects of Yoga such as diaphragmic breathing and lead meditation to create a class that address the need of a performer or athlete. Examples: performance anxiety, stage projection, repairative stretch, unblocking of fears or situational stigmas.  



Dance around the World
Design on a fitness platform for non-dancer adults, this cardio dance class introduces people to the basics of world and modern dance. The goal is to broaden both their cultural awareness and through learning movement give them a greater appreciation for dance and psychical theater.

Open Level Yoga
Yoga is a beautiful tool to connect the mind and the body. Our goal with this class is to teach the connective power of movement and thought and also show the need to take care of the body as an extension of mind and the self. For children especial there is a need to learn the connection between body and health awareness with our self-worth and ability.



Mind-body Theater

As our means of communication moves to be solely voice and text our appreciation and understanding of body language may be to lessen. Designed for children in a classroom setting this uses movement based theater games students will learn the important of body language and physicality in how we communicate and express ourselves.
