Ashley Ann Jones

Ashley Ann Jones has been dancing since she was two years old. She has trained at Debbie’s Dance Dimensions and The Dance Connection in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and acrobatics. In 2009 she graduated from Missouri State University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance, where she discovered her passion for modern dance, contact improvisation, and choreographing. At MSU she studied various dance techniques such as Graham, Limon, and Cunningham.  While going to school at MSU, she was employed at Credo Dance Academy where she taught tap, jazz, musical theatre and modern. She was selected for the Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive, Steve Rooks Summer Intensive, and have taken many workshops with dancers such as,  Deidre Goodwin, Michelle Potterf, Shirley Russon Ririe, Robert Wechsler, David Parson’s Dance Company, and Momix.  Along with dancing Ashley has also found a love for musical theatre and acting, in both film and the theater. Some of her performance credits include: Moving Beyond, Spring Forward, Cosmic Christmas, A Chorus Line, Noises Off!, Cats, Hairspray, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum where she was featured in the role of Panacea and was named co—choreographer. In addition, she has choreographed dance pieces such as Condemned, Silent No Longer, Restored, Nations, Creatures, and Shades of Grey.  Ashley still continues her dance training at the Ailey School. She is excited to be making her New York dance debut as a Rogue Dancer!

  

Marisa Pisano has been dancing since she could walk. She received her ballet training from Joan Purdy in CT and later at American Ballet Theatre.
In 2012 She danced as an apprentice with Jose Mateo Ballet Theater in Boston,MA. Marisa is currently a soloist for American Ballet Russe in LI, and dances in Christian Serranno's MoveWorks and for the Rogue Dancers.

Marissa Maffiolini grew up dancing in Connecticut. She attended and graduated magna cum laude with her BA in dance from Dean College in Franklin, MA. She has danced in numerous productions at Dean including being a part of Dean's prestigious Modern and Jazz Companies. She performed Gregory King's "The Strange Invisible Perfume" at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. in 2012. Marissa also has a musical theatre background, her favorite credit being "Chicago" (Mona, dance captain). Post graduation, Marissa has enjoyed dancing in New Haven with Laura Manzella in East Rock Dance Theater. She has also performed a co-choreographed duet with Devon Boucher in the Boston, MA performance "Circles: Fourth Quarter." Marissa is a company member of Push Factor Dance along with dancing with the Rogue Dancers.

Hsiung Chieh

Hsiung Chieh began her dance training in her native Taiwan. She Graduated from National Taiwan University of Physical Education with a major in Modern Dance/Choreography and a minor in Ballet/Chinese Dance/Ballroom dance. She joined The Rogue Dancers in January of 2014 and has been working as a freelance dance artist in the NYC area since 2013.

Allison originally hails from Buffalo, NY where she train both in classical and contemporary styles. After graduating with a BFA  from Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD) and living abroad for five years in Salzburg Austria, she has returned to the states to broaden her personal journey and build upon a strong foundation and education. In the past two years she has been working as a freelance contemporary dancer and choreographer from Istanbul to Washington DC.
